We pay special attention to staff training. Our coaches during their time in the company have accumulated a huge amount of knowledge, experience and practical skills. They actively share all this information with our colleagues and help to train thoroughly new employees. During the training we teach the products, the basics and the principles of work at the outlet. We study competitors, their products and approach to work; we learn to compete correctly avoiding conflict situations. Each employee is unique in his own way, we help to reveal the strengths and hidden potential, motivate the result and train leaders in their field. Our trainings are held regularly, which allows us constantly to receive fresh and up-to-date information that can be immediately applied to work.
